Your Visit

What to Expect During Your Urgent Care Visit:

  • Please note that the front entrance has stairs. If you or your pet require a ramp, it is located at the rear of the building with parking nearby for your convenience. When using the ramp, please park at the rear of the building, call our receptionist at (509) 326-6674, and we will assist you with entry into the building.
  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment and wait patiently in the lobby until it’s your turn to be seen. If our lobby becomes crowded, you may be asked to wait in your car for comfort and safety. While we make every effort to ensure that scheduled appointments occur on time, please be aware that occasionally, appointments or procedures may run later than expected. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations.
  • During your visit, your pet will receive a thorough examination by one of our veterinarians. We will provide you with an estimate and outline a treatment plan. Once your visit is complete, we will send a detailed copy of your pet’s medical records to your regular veterinarian to ensure continuity of care and keep them informed of your pet’s condition.

What to Bring

  • Leash or carrier for your pet.
  • Previous medical records if available.
  • Current Medications. It is important to know what medications your pet is currently taking so that we may be able to provide the best possible care.
  • If your pet ingested anything toxic, please bring the PACKAGING, CONTAINER, and/or SUBSTANCE with you to the clinic. It’s highly recommended to call Pet Poison Helpline at (800) 213-6680 before your visit.
