What are the hours of operation?
We’re open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Please note that our last appointment is scheduled at 6 PM to ensure we have enough time to care for your pet.
Is there a charge for parking?
No, there is no charge for parking. We have a convenient, free parking lot available for all our clients right outside the clinic.
Are masks required inside the building?
Masks are not required inside the building, but you’re welcome to wear one if you feel more comfortable. Our staff is also happy to wear masks upon request during your visit.
Will there be a long wait before my pet is seen?
At our urgent care, we prioritize giving each pet the time and care they deserve. While appointments are scheduled every 30 minutes, the nature of diagnostics or unforeseen needs can sometimes lead to delays. We understand how valuable your time is, and we’ll communicate any delays as soon as possible.

Will my family veterinarian know that my pet was seen for an Urgent Care visit?
Yes, we prioritize keeping your family veterinarian informed. After your pet’s visit, we’ll send a detailed summary of the diagnosis, treatment, and any recommendations directly to your regular veterinarian. If follow-up care is needed, we’ll include those recommendations to ensure your regular vet is prepared to continue your pet’s care seamlessly. This ensures continuity of care and allows your family vet to stay updated on your pet’s health.
What if my pet needs a specialist?
In cases where a specialist is needed, we’ll refer you to a trusted veterinary specialist. We’ll also coordinate by sending your pet’s medical records and any diagnostic findings to ensure the specialist has all the necessary information to provide the best care possible.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do not offer payment plans, and full payment is expected at the time of service. However, we do work with third-party financing services such as CareCredit and Scratchpay, which allow you to spread the cost of your pet’s care over time.
